How are your baked goods shipped? 

Each batch of cookies are vacuumed sealed to retain freshness.  At River L Jax we give you the highest quality product. You can expect the same great fresh baked taste. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and via usps 2day priority. 

Can I freeze your baked goods?

Absolutely. As long as it’s in original packaging and unopened, our cookies will last up to 3 months in your freezer. 

Can I pay you to make me baked goods for my event? 

Yes! Please feel to email using my contact form here with any event inquiries.

Will you offer vegan and gluten free baked goods in the future?

Absolutely. We are in the process of researching and testing out recipes that will meet our standards.

I'm a donor, how can I sponsor a bakery order for a Black trans person?

You can order directly, or donate to our trans sponsor fund which will be coming soon!

Do you ship baked goods across the US?

Absolutely! We ship all across the United States.

Do you process refunds?

No. Under no circumstance will a refund be offered. See Terms and Policies.

Art Questions:

How do I take care of my clay dishes from you?

Please note my clay dishes are not meant for food or eating items off.  Do not use anything with open flame or heat directly on these.

Cool ash is okay on my dishes. To clean simply use a damp cloth or dry towel. Do not run under water. Do not use a dishwasher.
